These General Terms and Conditions (AGB) govern the contractual relationship between CAATS Service GmbH (hereinafter referred to as "Provider") and users of our offered services and products. By using our services, you agree to these AGB.
The Provider offers various services and products, particularly Software as a Service (SaaS) and telecare solutions in healthcare. Detailed descriptions of services and prices are available upon request via email from CAATS.
A contract between the Provider and the user is concluded when the user accepts an offer from the Provider and the Provider confirms acceptance.
All prices are net prices plus applicable statutory value-added tax. Payments are due immediately upon receipt of invoice unless otherwise agreed. The Provider reserves the right to charge reminder fees for late payments. Transportation costs are not included in the price and will be charged separately.
The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of these AGB. Protecting your data is important to us. Please read our Privacy Policy for detailed information.
The Provider is liable only for damages resulting from wilful or grossly negligent breach of duty. Liability for simple negligence is excluded, except for the violation of essential contractual obligations.
Consumers have a right of withdrawal in accordance with statutory provisions. Further information can be found in our withdrawal policy on the website.
The Provider grants the user a simple, non-transferable right to use the delivered products and services. Any use beyond this requires the written consent of the Provider.
If individual provisions of these AGB are or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected. Amendments or supplements to these AGB require written form. These AGB and all contracts concluded on their basis are subject to the laws of the Republic of Austria.
