2. Beschreibung

Standardmäßig sind die nachfolgend aufgelisteten Dateiformate beim Hochladen in das CAATS-System erlaubt. Diese Formate decken die gängigen Office-, Bild-, Audio-, Video- und Textdateitypen ab.

Die zugelassenen Formate können bei Bedarf organisationsspezifisch angepasst oder erweitert werden.

Hinweis: Falls beim Hochladen eine Datei abgewiesen wird, prüfen Sie bitte, ob deren Format hier gelistet ist oder ob Ihre Organisation individuelle Upload-Regeln definiert hat.

3. Standardkonfiguration

Nachfolgend sind die erlaubten MIME-Typen in der Standardkonfiguration aufgeführt.

4. Anpassung durch Administrator:innen

Tipp: Systemadministrator:innen können in der Systemkonfiguration eigene MIME-Typen hinzufügen oder bestehende deaktivieren. So können beispielsweise interne Sicherheitsrichtlinien (z. B. Ausschluss von Makro-Dateien) umgesetzt werden.

Die erlaubten Dateiformate werden in der Systemtabelle upload_allowed_mimetypes verwaltet. Anpassungen sind über die Administrationsoberfläche oder im Systemparameter-Modul möglich.

5. Fehlermeldungen bei Uploads

Falls beim Hochladen einer Datei ein Fehler auftritt, kann eine der folgenden Meldungen erscheinen:

Meldung	Ursache	Lösung

„Dateiformat nicht erlaubt“	Der MIME-Typ ist nicht in der Liste der erlaubten Formate enthalten.	Überprüfen Sie die Dateiendung oder wenden Sie sich an den Systemadministrator.
„Upload blockiert (Sicherheitsrichtlinie)“	Die Organisation hat bestimmte Formate deaktiviert.	Verwenden Sie ein unterstütztes Format (z. B. PDF statt DOCM).
„Datei zu groß“	Die maximale Uploadgröße wurde überschritten.	Passen Sie die Dateigröße an oder komprimieren Sie die Datei.

Wichtig: Das Hochladen ausführbarer Dateien (z. B. *.exe, *.bat, *.cmd*) ist grundsätzlich gesperrt und kann aus Sicherheitsgründen nicht freigeschaltet werden.

6. Zusammenfassung

Das CAATS-System unterstützt eine Vielzahl gängiger Dateiformate. Die Liste der zulässigen Formate kann zentral administriert und organisationsspezifisch angepasst werden.
